Shahn was born in Belhar, Cape Town. After she completed school and matriculated in 2006, she attended Cape Peninsula University where she completed her 3 year National Diploma in Tourism Management. She decided to join Village & Life in December 2009 and located to the West Coast to join the team at The Farmhouse Hotel. Shahn loves shopping, reading and swimming.

Friedelaine was born in Upington, Northern Cape and grew up in Vredenburg on the West Coast. She matriculated at Vredenburg High in 2004. She finished her two year International Tourism Course at Northlink College in 2006. Friedelaine loves being in the tourism industry and working with people. She joined the Village & Life in September 2011.

Lucille Abrahams, fondly known as Lucy, grew up in Atlantis, just outside of Cape Town. At the age of 17 she relocated to Langebaan and started her working life as a housekeeper for a local guesthouse. She later worked for The Farmhouse Hotel and here her quality of work was noticed where after she was employed as the housekeeper of Speelhuis Studios in Paradise Beach. Lucy can be best described as a “raakvatter” and is a valuable asset to the company.
Lucy is a single mother with three children and lives in “Hopland” in Langebaan. She is a remarkable woman with a positive attitude in life and has 21 years of experience in housekeeping. She enjoys reading, watching the “soapies” on TV in the afternoon and walks on the beach with her children.
